Ampla Health
Consisting of the remodel of an existing 16,000 sq. ft. Ampla Health medical clinic, this project also included the addition of a 4,000 sq. ft. second floor to the existing single story structure.
The renovated facility features 32 new exam rooms, an elevator, two waiting rooms, two nurses’ stations, 20 new physician and administration offices, and a medical records office.
Structural work included a concrete slab on grade, new structural footings, revised and upgraded HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, structural steal sub frame, wood framing, masonry stone wainscot, carpet and vinyl flooring, and a stucco exterior.
