Remodel and update of a roughly 30,000 SF existing police and fire facility. This included a complete re-roof, exterior refresh, and ADA improvements.
Interior work consisted of a new ADA lift and the remodeling of a lobby, multiple offices, and the locker/restroom facilities. Slater & Son provided the flexibility to work in an active 24 hour facility and provide guidance on a variety of unforeseen and additional scope items throughout the project.
