Ground-up new construction of a 43,000 SF primary care clinic (OSHPD 3) that included medical, dental, and behavioral health wings.

Also included new construction of a separate 7,300 SF apartment-style building that will provide at-risk youth with housing services. The medical building included medical exam rooms, dental exam suites, a café with a commercial kitchen, administration offices, and development of a complete site and parking to service the two new buildings.
