This Design-Build new construction project was a 47,467 square foot facility that included a 7,185 square foot office, 17,735 square foot cold storage, and 22,548 production facility. The cold storage area can store 1.6 million pounds of cheese and the processing facility has the capacity to package 300,000 pounds of cheese every day.
