Leveraging his construction management degree from Chico State University, Kevin set his sights on a career in the Northstate. He began by working with a local electrical subcontractor, gaining experience in bidding on a variety of projects – both private and public works. Kevin then transitioned to a local developer, where he broadened his expertise by assisting with large subdivisions, commercial tenant improvements, and even new commercial construction builds.
