The scope of this project was a modernization of the Yuba College math and science building. Included complete demolition and modernization in lecture halls, science labs, computer labs, and courtyards. Throughout the building, current code improvements were made for accessibility, egress, and the fire alarm system.
Changes to infrastructure included energy efficient LED light fixtures, updated mechanical systems, a new building automation system, technology upgrades in classrooms, and exterior modifications such us courtyard hardscape and landscaping.
