The Paradise Irrigation District building had become too small to allow the staff to effectively serve the community. By taking a traditional approach to the design, the client was able to renovate the building and maximize the return on their investment.
Although we didn’t handle the design, we worked with the client to provide valuable engineering ideas that allowed them to add more amenities to the project than they’d previously thought possible. This pre-engineered metal building features a space that’s half office, half shop. Site required was minimal.
