This 12,000 SF Design-Build project was a renovation of a former retail store into Northern Valley Indian Health’s Chico Children’s Clinic.
This was a fast-tracked project that needed to stay on schedule as the Clinic’s previous lease was expiring. Scott was able to drive the schedule and get NVIH into their new facility ahead of our initial schedule.
