With a true brick veneer exterior and mission-inspired architecture, Garden Villa is one of Chico’s most aesthetically pleasing office park complexes.
Structural steel skeletons and steel studs support the brick veneer, elaborate arches, and intricately detailed concrete columns. Towers, mezzanines, sweeping entryways, and large sawn-lumber arcades are placed throughout the complex.
In order to match the impressive design of the building, a rustic bronze fountain was added, which perfectly complements the soaring bell tower. We’re very proud of this finished project, and the fact that it’s helping to set a new standard in excellence for high-end office space.
