Built on a small piece of property, the original Patterson Dodge facility was outdated and no longer suited the needs of the client.
Leaving very little of the original building intact, we doubled the facility from 1,500 to 3,000 sq. ft., doubling the size of the showroom, and adding ADA compliant restrooms and sales offices. Designed to have a modern look but stay within budget, we used a plaster and glass store front exterior to match the look of the adjacent sister facility. Site work included a new parking lot, site lighting and monument sign.
