Project Manager

Since graduating from the Chico State construction management program in 2013, Joel has had the opportunity to work on projects such as the Butte County Courthouse, the new Arts & Humanities Building for CSU Chico and the upgrade to their Central Utility Plant. Involvement in other healthcare and education projects has also given Joel the experience to navigate the complexities within both OSHPD and DSA jurisdictions. When he’s not at work, you can find him going on walks with his wife and kids in Bidwell Park, running, or playing bass at his local church.
